Introduction

This is a high protein, no sugars added, quick low calorie dessert, but it is NOT super sweet--its kind of a healthy alternative to the higher calorie desserts out there. This is not the sweetest and I am sure there are a lot of variations you can do to it, but it was my version of a low carb, gluten free, high protein, sugar free mug cake and it was really easy. It's not super sweet, so that is important to know, but someone who is not used to treating themselves will find this very satisfying. Ingredients

3T oat flour (I grind my own oats in my bullet)
    1T PB2
    1t instant coffee
    1T cocoa
    1t vanilla
    2T almond coconut milk unsweetened
    .5t baking powder
    1 egg white
2 packets stevia (or your chosen brand sweetener)

Tips

You can add just about anything to this base cake. I put some fat free sugar free whipped cream on top and that hit the spot. Just be aware that any additions you add could change the calorie count.

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a mug (I used a thicker wall mug) and microwave for 1 minute. You have to watch this cake to make sure that it doesn't over cook and this could be easy to do with different watt microwaves and different mugs with different thicknesses of walls.

Serving Size: 1 mug cake
