Ingredients

    2 pounds ground beef
    3 cups chopped leeks
    4 cups chopped carrots
    5 garlic cloves
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    4 boxes beef broth
    2 cups celery
    1 pack gnocchi
    1 30 oz can pinto beans
    2 15 oz black beans
    2 15 oz red beans
    2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
    2 Bay leaves
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook ground beef. Drain and/or rinse. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
