Ingredients

    1 orange
    1 mango
    1 c. pineapple, frozen
    3 bananas, frozen
    2 tbsp whey protien powder
    3 tbsp groung flax seed
    8 oz soft light tofu

Directions

Peel and cut up mango and orange and put in blender. Add remainder of ingredients and blend. Serve and enjoy. Makes about 5 servings
