Ingredients

    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces and tenderized
    2 4 0z pkgs diced prosciutto
    4 c fat free half and half
    1.5 c parmesan cheese
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c chopped onion
    1 pkg cooked linguine

Directions

Place prsciutto in pan with olive oil. Add chicken pieces. Saute with onions till chicken is cooked thru. Add half and half and cheese and simmer. If sauce does not thicken you can add 1 tbsp. flour. Combine with pasta and serve
