Ingredients

    1 lg onion, chopped
    1 small carrot, finely chopped
    1/2 cup water
    2 14 oz cans diced tomatos and chilis
    1 16 oz can black beans
    1 16 oz can pinto beans
    1 16 oz can Ranch Style Beans
    1 16 oz can refried beans
    3 T chili powder
    1.5 Tbsp black pepper
    1 tsp cayenne pepper
    red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions

Saute' onions and carrots in water until crisp tender. Be Careful not to let all the water evaporate. If it does add a little more. Place all ingredients in crockpot, and cook on low 6-8 hours.
