Ingredients

1.5 cups chopped onion
2 cups chopped mushrooms
8 cloves garlic
1 cup butter
1 cup cornstarch
3 cups chicken broth
4 cups whole milk
Tips
Let cool and separate into 305 gram portions. I get about 7 "cans" of soup per batch and freeze in pint freezer bags for later use.
Directions
Saute onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Set aside.
Melt butter over medium heat and whisk in cornstarch. Add milk, broth and sauteed ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until desired consistency is reached.
Serving Size: Makes 7 "cans" of about 1 1/2 cups each
