Introduction

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Boiling water
1 cup Quick Oats
1/4 cup 10 Grain cereal
8 TBSP Fancy Molasses
1/4 cup Butter
1 Egg
2 Cups White Flour
1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp salt
3 1/2 tsp Yeast
Directions
1. Mix Oats and cereal in a bowl, add water and stir.
2. Add molasses, butter and egg to oat mixture and stir.
3. Pour into bread machine bowl.
4. Layer dry ingredients on top of wet, yeast on top.
5. Then put bread machine bowl into the machine and put menu on dough.
6. Once dough has mixed and risen, place on a lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 2 and form into 2 loaf shapes and place into a lightly greased loaf pans.
7. Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes.
8. After baked, brush with butter and let cool.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Bread loafs with approximately 12 slices per loaf.
