Introduction
I've added some onion and green pepper to the basic Manwich can. And because the recipe on the can calls for 3/4 pound of ground turkey, but ground turkey (Jenny-O) is sold in 1.25# packages, I used all 2.5# of turkey. Ingredients

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Onion
2 Green Peppers
2.5 pounds ground turkey
2 Cans Hunt's Manwich Original Sloppy Joe Sauce
Directions
Heat 2 Tbsp. oil over MH heat, add turkey, and cook.
While that is going, chop the onion and green pepper as finely or coarsely as you like.
Remove meat when cooked and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pot over MH heat. Add onion and green peppers and sautee for 5 minutes.
Add meat and sauce.
Heat for another 15 minutes or so.
Serving Size: I'm guestimating 24 1/4 cup servings
