1/3 Cup brown rice
1/2 13.66 ounce can of light coconut milk
2/3 Cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
2 Scoops vanilla whey protein powder (About Time/SDC Nutrition's Birthday Cake flavor)
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
3 Packets Truvia/Stevia

Directions
Place all of the ingredients, except for the protein powder, in a slow cooker. Cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Once the majority of the liquid has been absorbed, the brown rice is ready. Just before serving, add in the whey protein powder. Serve with some additional cinnamon and stevia sprinkled on top as garnish!
