Introduction

Ingredients

    *2 slices of Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread
    *1Tbsp, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
    * 2 packets of Splenda sweetener
    *2 tsp of Cinnamon

Directions

Toast bread.
Spread 1/2 tbsp of spread on each slice.
Sprinkle 1 packet of sweetner on each slice.
Top with 1 tsp of cinnamon on each slic.
Serve with a 1/2 cup of Skim milk fore added calcium (not included in nutrtion info).
