Ingredients

    4 Tbsp. Softened Butter
    1/2 C. Sugar
    1 Lrg. Egg
    1 Tsp. Vanilla
    2 Mashed Bananas
    1 C. Flour (divided)
    1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
    1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1/4 Tsp. Salt
    1 C. Fresh Blueberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Grease and flour loaf pan. Cream together butter and sugar, and beat until smooth and creamy. Add egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated. Gently fold in mashed banana and 1/2 C. flour and set aside.

In separate bowl, whisk the remaining 1/2 C. flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Combine with banana mixture. Fold in blueberries.

Bake 45-50 mins.
