Dark brown sugar
Ground cinnamon
Sea salt
Coconut oil
Whole wheat flour
Spelt flour
All-purpose flour
Bread machine yeast
Raisins
Hemp hearts
Ground flax seeds
Sunflower seeds
Tips
This bread keep well and tastes delicious! Substitute flours and additions for variation.
Directions
Add the first 11 ingredients to the bread machine. Dough setting is 2 hours. Add the raisins and nut additions at the beep (45 minutes in).
When dough is done, remove, punch down. Grease loaf pan with coconut oil and insert dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack. Store in bag or bread box.
