Ingredients

    10 oz Raw Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Condensed Soup 98% Fat Free
    2 Cups Birds Eye, Classic Mixed Veg. ( corn, carrots, beans, peas)
    1 Cup Uncooked Brown Rice, medium grain
    1 Cup Water
    1/4 C Milk, nonfat

    Cook and dice up the chicken, Add all ingredients plus any desired seasoning

Goes great with Biscuits


Directions

Cook @ 400 for 30 minutes or until rice is cooked
