    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 large eggs
    1 1/4 cups milk
    1 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions

Pre heat oven to 400 F degrees. Grease popover pan. Mix all the ingredients until the "dough" is the consistency of cream. Pour into popover pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 F degrees, bake another 20 minutes.
