Ingredients

    2 packets Oriental ramen
    2 cups frozen stir fry veggies
    2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp rice vinegar
    1 block extra firm tofu
    olive oil

Tips

My fiance suggests it with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. I personally say throw some Frank's Red Hot all over it (as pictured) and have a party! It's up to you to adorn however you like!


Directions

Make both packets of ramen (using only one packet of sauce mix). Drain and set aside.

Fry tofu in a small drizzle of olive oil. Add noodles and veggies. Add the other sauce packet and about a third of a cup of water.

Add sauces, stir, and fry until water reduces.
