Ingredients

    700g package of frozen chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
    2L chicken stock
    2 nests of medium dried egg noodles
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Put chicken stock and vegetables in slow cooker on high for the day. About a half hour before eating, crumble the nests of noodles into the pot and recover. Check that noodles are soft, season the soup if needed, and enjoy with some fresh bread!
