Ingredients

- 4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Onions (Diced)
- 8 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 4 Celery Stalks (Halved, Diced)
- 2 Carrots (Peeled, Halved, Diced)
- 2/3 lb Green Beans (Trimmed & Cut)
- 2 Cans (15 oz) Low Sodium Kidney Beans (Drained & Rinsed)
- 2 Cans (28 oz) No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes
- 2 Cans (14 oz) No Salt Added Crushed Tomatoes
- 12 Cups Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 4 Cups Elbow Pasta
- 2 tsp Ground Oregano
- 2 tsp Ground Basil
Directions
1. Heat Olive Oil in Large Pot over Medium-High Heat.
2. Add Onion & cook stirring frequently until it turns translucent (About 4 Minutes).
3. Add Garlic & cook for about 30 Seconds.
4. Add Celery & Carrot; cook until soft (About 5 Minutes).
5. Stir in Green Beans, Oregano, Basil, Salt, & Pepper; cook for About 3 Minutes.
6. Add Diced Tomatoes, Crushed Tomatoes, & Chicken Broth.
7. Bring to a boil & reduce heat to Medium-Low and simmer for 10 Minutes.
8. Stir in Beans & Pasta, cook until Pasta & Veggies are tender (About 10 Minutes).
