Ingredients

    2 bananas
    1 cup quick oats
    1 tbsp honey
    3-4 tbsp peanut butter (or other nut or seed butter)
    up to 3/4 cups of mixed chopped dried fruits and nuts

Tips

you can add up to 3/4 cups of mixed fruits/nuts of your choice instead of the cranberries/pecans.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 F. Mash bananas, add oats, honey, peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Fold in cranberries and pecans. Place tablespoons full of dough on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake cookies for 15-18 minutes. Let cool completely.
