We loved this dish because first of all it's quick and easy. Second it's absolutely delicious. The texture of the meaty shrimp (I used medium) balances the bright bold flavor. The only thing I might add is: If you don't want the strong lemon flavor, adjust the amount of juice. - 10/16/12

I used a whole head of roasted garlic and 15 jumbo shrimp - did not spray my glass baking dish and this cooked up great and tasted awesome. Served 6 (3 oz) shrimp over 2/3 cup cooked whole wheat spaghetti with 2 tbsp sauce and a sprinkle of fresh ground black pepper.yummmm - 1/13/12

Incredibly easy. My fiance had bought shrimp without any set plan as to how to cook them, and we had all the ingredients on hand in the kitchen. Within 15 minutes we were enjoying dinner. I did cut the butter back from 2 TBSP to just 1 TBSP, and it was still delicious. Outstanding! - 8/1/10

Very yummy and easy to prepare. I threw mine in my toaster oven for 10 minutes and it was perfect. I served it over a bed of couscous. I will definitely make this again. - 5/20/10
