Ingredients

    1 cups all-purpose flour
    1.5 Tbsp sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup almond milk
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1 egg

Tips

I set my griddle at 375 degrees and the pancakes come out perfectly golden brown. These pancakes can be refrigerated for a week and still taste delicious.


Directions

1. Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a small bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk, oil and egg.

3. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and stir just to moisten.

4. Cook on a griddle over medium heat.

5. Serve immediately
