Ingredients

1 lb grd turkey
2 T EVOO
1 med yellow onion, chopped
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c cooked chopped turkey bacon
2 t garlic powder
2 t onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
1/5 c sharp cheddar cheese (red fat)
4 large soft flour tortillas
veg/canola oil
crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Preheat over to 350.
Cook turkey bacon & chop into pieces.
Large skillet, med-hi, heat EVOO. Add chopped onion; cook until translucent, 5-7 min. Add gr turkey, break up while cooking, about 10 min, til cooked thoroughly. Add worcestershire sauce, ketchup, bacon, garlic & onion powders, salt & pepper to taste. Stir until well incorporated; simmer 5-7 min.
Place 2 tortillas on large baking sheet. Spread half meat mixture on each shell; place other 2 tortillas on top. Brush the top with veg/canola oil & sprinkle with red crushed pepper flakes.
Bake 10-15 min, til tortillas are nice & crisp & cheese is bubbly. Let sit for 5 min. Use pizza cutter or sharp knife to cue each into quarters.
