Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Egg Whites
    1/3 c maple syrup
    1 c rolled oats
    1/2 c unsweetened grated coconut

Tips

Using sugar free maple syrup lowers the carb count but I prefer the taste of pure maple syrup.


Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine syrup & oats in a separate bowl & mix until well blended. Add coconut. Fold in beaten egg whites. Drop by teaspoonful (walnut size) onto a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick spay. Bake at 350 degrees (F).
