Ingredients

    dreamfields low carb elbow pasta, 2 cups dry

    Peas, canned, 1 can

    Beef, bottom round, 10 oz(s)

    Beef gravy 1 cup

    Cheddar Cheese, .50 cup, shredded

    Colby Cheese, .50 cup, shredded

    Monterey Cheese, 0.50 cup, shredded

    Hood , Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage, 2% Reduced Fat, 1 cup

    Margarine-like spread, Country Crock, regular, 1 tbsp

    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 2 oz

    Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 28.3 grams(1 oz)

Directions

pre heat oven to 375, Boil noodles as directed,chop beef into cubes, mix all cheeses together, set 1/4 cup aside to top casserole,, spray a 8x8 pan with fat free non stick spray. when noodles are done drain them well, put back in pot, put butter and milk in with noodles, then add all the cheese except the 1/4 cup you put aside, and beef, add gravy and stir,gently add the peas, mix well, pour into casserole dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for 30 minutes, enjoy the meal in one. makes 6, 1 and 1/2 cup servings.

    I cant edit this recipee but we arent adding the margarine, doesnt need it. if anyone has any ideas that would be great (its not showing on my list where you can edit :() and that will take fat and calories off this meal :) plus I used left over roast! so its cooked already. - 3/31/08
