Ingredients

    mild cheddar cheese 1 lb shredded
    american cheese 1 lb shredded
    medium onion 1 grated
    1/2 bottle tabaso sauce, approx 1 oz
    garlic powder 1/2 tsp
    Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
    1 can warm beer
    cayenne (optional) 1/8 tsp

Directions

Shredd cheeses. Mix all together. Refrigerate. Make day ahead.
