Ingredients

    1 10oz can Tomato soup
    1 14oz can Heinz Brown Beans in a Tomato Sauce
    1 19oz can kidney beans
    8 oz lean ground pork - costco
    8 oz lean ground beef - costco
    1 tbsp Chilli powder - Mexican

Tips

Chili powder not in nut info
Can use all ground pork or beef instead of mix
I only use mix to get more varied nutrition and to save $


Directions

Brown ground meat - it's calculated for ground pork and beef but it's good with 16oz of either too.

Rinse kidney beans and add to pot. Add tomato soup and Heinz beans. Stir and heat over medium.

Once heated turn to low - add 1 tbsp Chili powder and simmer 30 - 90 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 5 - 300 gram servings (10oz)
