Introduction

I use the Nutra Bullet with all of my recipes because I like the fiber or pulp and feel it adds extra benefits than juicing. If you are using a juicer, you will need to adjust the quantities of my recipes. Ingredients

    2 whole tomatoes-Peel on, diced
    1 small/med sized beet, washed & diced
    1 large celery stalk-washed and sliced
    1 cup baby kale and spinach blend
    dash of salt and pepper

Directions

Clean, dice, chop all ingredients as directed and place into nutra bullet or other blender. May add water for a thinner consistency. Blend until smooth and enjoy
