Ingredients

    1/2 cup Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    3/4 cup Milk, 2%,
    1/2 cup Strawberries
    1 tbsp Chia seeds
    3 tsp Brown Sugar
    1 banana diced
    cinnamon... as much as you like.

Tips

I make this and usually have half for breakfast with some smoothie and save the rest for later when I am at work.


Directions

Mix all in glass mason jar. Keep in fridge overnight and serve in the morning either cold or microwave to warm up.
