Ingredients

    3 cups cooked brown rice
    1 can healthy request/fit & active cream of mushroom Soup
    4 oz/half brick Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 can chunk light tuna in water
    0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Mix together soup, cream cheese and tuna, then add in cooked brown rice and mix well. Put in casserole dish and spring cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and dish is warmed through.
