Ingredients

    2 lbs Whole Grain Medium Shells
    2-3 cups Spinach, roughly chopped
    2-3 cups Kale, roughly chopped
    4-5 tomatoes, roughly chopped
    6 tbsp vegan butter
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Cook pasta according to package until al dente.

2. Add butter and garlic to a pan, heat until butter is melted and you can smell the garlic. (About 2 minutes) Add kale, spinach, and tomatoes to the butter and heat until spinach and kale wilt. (About 1 minutes)

3. Add sauce to drained pasta and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6-8 servings
