Ingredients

    2 1/4c oats
    5 scoops protein powder
    5 tbsp all natural peanut butter
    1/4c dried cranberries
    1 oz almondsk, plain
    1 cup or less for consistency purposes of almond milk

Directions

add all dry ingriedients first then add wet ingriedients. mix.
use non stick cooking spray on a baking pan
pour and fridge or freeze for 30 or more mins.
