Ingredients

    ground beef
    tomato juice
    Aylmer Accents spicy red pepper stewed tomatoes
    carrot
    onion
    celery
    peas
    mixed vegetables
    beef soup base
    garlic
    orzo

Directions

Brown ground beef and set aside. Cook onions, celery, and garlic till almost tender, then add carrots. Add tomato juice to pot and add ground beef back in and let simmer. Add in beef soup herbs and black pepper, stewed tomatoes, frozen vegetables and beef soup base. Let cook till almost done and add in the orzo. Salt to taste when serving.
