3 lbs Pork Shoulder Country Style Ribs

BBQ Sauce
Directions
Rinse the ribs, then add water to cover.
Boil 10 minutes.
Pour off water. Remove visible fat. Add Barbecue Sauce to taste. Barbecue until it is ad done as you want it.
Note: Boiling will make ribs more tender and allow them to be barbecued, getting done inside, without burning.
