Introduction

This recipe makes enough for dinner tonight and then dinner to freeze and eat another night. This recipe makes enough for dinner tonight and then dinner to freeze and eat another night.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Bag Baby Carrots
    2 Chopped Red Onions
8 Chicken Breasts (I cut mine into strips for easier serving later, but that is because I have 2 small children)
2 Cans chunk Pineapple (in it's own juice, use the juice in the dish!)
1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce (your choice of brand)

Tips

I add in a 1/2 cup water to frozen dish to keep chicken from drying out if it has to cook the full 10 hours, but that may just be my older, large crock pot.

Directions

Combine all but the Teriyaki Sauce, split into Crock Pot and 1 gallon bag for freezing for cooking in the Crock Pot on another day. Cook in Crock Pot for 8 - 10 hours on low. Just before serving, stir in 1/2 bottle of Teriyaki Sauce.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 2 adults and 2 kids with leftovers for a big lunch the next day!
