    Ingrediants

    Hamburger, 453 grams
    Cornstarch, 1.5 cup
    Calories in Idahoan Mashed Potatoes, 5 cup
    Beef bouillon, 2 cube (6 fl oz prepared)
    *Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, 3 tbsp
    Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered, 3 cup


Tips

this recipe is very touchy feelie in nature I'm guesstimating the numbers as I cook very intuitively toss in this and toss in a little of that. I know not good for weightloss unless you only have time for one real meal a day or money for one meal as is my case. Meaning this is 5 days worth of one meal for me. So please forgive if my numbers are off.


Directions

Both Sections 1 and 2 are done at the same time.
Section 1
1. Brown Hamburger in skillet
2. Boil 2 cups water with the Bouillon cubes in the water
3. Once the bouillon cubes have desolved you slowly add the cornstarch to gravy consistency.
4. Once you have the consistency of gravy add the gravy to the Ground hamburger (your choice if you drain the grease or not.)
Section 2
1. Boil 5 cups water in pot
2. Once boiling add Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil and Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
3. Add the Calories in Idahoan Mashed Potatoes mix well till they are Mashed Potato consistency or consistency of choice.

Final step, dish up potatos and then put gravy on top and enjoy. This should make 5 servings worth.
