    1 medium head cabbage
    2 cans beef broth
    2 Tbs. Kitchen Bouquet


rub kitchen bouquet on roast, place in roaster (or crock pot). surround with vegetables. cover with broth. roast for 3 hours or more (on high if using crock pot for 4 hours
