Ingredients

    non stick cooking spray
    1-16 oz. bag frozen broccoli
    1-tsp garlic powder
    1-tsp onion powder
    1-tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
    1tbsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 375F.Prep cookie sheet or glass baking dish with cooking spray.Defrost broccoli and drain.Combine the remaining ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag.Add the broccoli florets and shake until coated.Place the florets in prepared pan with space between them.Discard leftover marinade.Bake forty-five minutes.The broccoli will be crisp on the outside but soft in the middle.Recipe courtesy of American Diabetes Association
