    1 cup raw kale
    1 cup Silk Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    ½ banana, frozen
    ½ md granny smith apple
    1 scoop Nature's Basket Vanilla Whey Protein
    1 T psyllium husk
    1 T flax seed meal
    ½ t cinnamon
    ¼ t ginger

Directions

combine all ingredients in blender and blend until combined well
