Introduction

Recipe given to my Mother-in-law by Lillian Lombardo. (Said it was Guy Lombardo's favorite dish!!) Recipe given to my Mother-in-law by Lillian Lombardo. (Said it was Guy Lombardo's favorite dish!!)
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Olive Oil
    2 cans chick peas
    2 cans chicken broth
    5 cloves garlic, crished
    pinch oregano
    pinch basil
    Fusilli pasta (corkscrew style)
    1 tsp locatelli cheese (or parmesan)

Directions

Simmer all ingredients over low flame execpt the pasta. Boil and cook the pasta to desired doneness. Ladle the chick pea mixture over the pasta and top each dish with 1 tsp. grated cheese.
