Tips


Enjoy with Tostitos (120 calories per 1-oz. serving in Baked Tostitos) or other brand of Corn Chips. Also, consider Pita chips that you buy or can just bake on your own!!!

Ingredients

    1 Lb. Ground Turkey

Directions

Brown Ground Turkey, add onions half way through cooking. Drain and allow meat to cook. Combine cooled meat with other ingredients and place in Freezer Zip Lock bag. Mix, lay flat, label and freeze.

When ready to eat, remove from the freezer and place into crock pot. If frozen, cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. If thawed, cook on high for 1-2 hours or on low for 2 - 3.5 hours. You can also simmer it in a large pot on the stove for 2 - 3 hours.
