Introduction

Cream cheese gives this a flavor similar to cheesecake. Cream cheese gives this a flavor similar to cheesecake.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz low fat cream cheese
    1/2 C plain fat free yogurt
    1 C frozen blueberries
    1 C frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp wheat germ
    8 Tbsp Reddi Whip fat free topping
    6 packets sweet-n-low (or equivalent of your favorite artificial sweetener)

Directions

Heat cream cheese in microwave for about 20 seconds to soften (or allow to soften at room temp). Mix WELL with yogurt & sweetener. I find using a whisk helps get rid of all the lumps.

Layer yogurt mixture into glasses with berries and top each serving with 2 tbsp whipped topping and sprinkle 1/2 tbsp wheat germ on top.
