Introduction

Awesome taste and so easy! You would never guess it has so much good-for-you-stuff inside! Who needs spinach when you can have this instead? Awesome taste and so easy! You would never guess it has so much good-for-you-stuff inside! Who needs spinach when you can have this instead?

Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 small banana (preferably really, really ripe), peeled
    1 packet of Spiru-tein Strawberry Banana protein powder
    1 cup strawberries, frozen halves (no sugar added)

Tips

This recipe is best if served very cold (NOT a good idea to make it the night before and keep it in the fridge).


Directions

Put almond milk, banana and protein powder in a blender and blend on high. Scrape down the sides of the blender to remove any powder residual. Add strawberries slowly until smooth and frosty. Pour and enjoy!
