    Onions, raw, 6 oz (169 g) chopped in chuncks

    1/2 cup chicken broth
    Thyme, ground, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 0.75 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp
    4 garlic cloves minced


Very easy recipe! Place the beans, potatoes, onion and smoked turkey sausage in a slow cooker. Whisk together the chicken brother, thyme, salt, pepper & garlic. Pour over the bean mixture in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 3-4 hours.

Serving Size: approximately 8 servings of 1 1/4 to 1/2 cups
