Ingredients

    9 shrimp-peeled, tails removed, deveined
    2 oz of farfalle noodles
    1 clove of garlic
    1/2 tsp of shallots
    1/2 cup of Marinara sauce
    1/8 cup of Kraft Italian blend cheese
    1/8 cup mushrooms
    1 tbsp. parmesan cheese for topping.
    1 tbsp. butter halved.

Directions

Cook Noodles per instruction. Peel, devein, and remove the tails of the shrimp, set aside. Pour marinara sauce in a small sauce pan and set on low heat. In a small skillet heat up half of the butter. Add garlic, shallots, and mushroom. Brown-3 to 5 minutes- then add to the sauce. Salt and pepper the shrimp. When pasta is five minutes out, reheat skillet with remaining butter. Cook shrimp about 3 minutes until pink. Drain noodles. Add shrimp, noodles, and Italian blend to sauce. Mix well. Top with dash of parmesan cheese if desired and enjoy.
