Ingredients

    1 cup Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt
    18.25 oz Betty Crocker, Dry Yellow Cake Mix
    2 cup Canned Pumpkin
    1 txp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Tips

These muffins would also taste great with nuts or cranberries.


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper muffin liners. Mix Pumpkin, dry yellow cake, yogurt, and pumpkin pie spice in medium mixing bowl. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes.
