A delicious and easy side dish, great hot or cold. A delicious and easy side dish, great hot or cold.

Ingredients

    4 - Yellow Squash, sliced
    4 - Zucchini, sliced
    2 - Garlic gloves, minced
    1 can (10 oz) - Stewed Tomatoes w/ jalepeno peppers
    1/2 - Onion, diced (or sliced)
    1 T - Italian seasoning


Directions

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low and cook until desired tenderness is achieved. (A slight edge of remaining crispiness typically preferred)
