Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Lean Turkey
    1 (15oz.) Can Black Beans
    1 Tbs. Taco Seasoning
    1 Cup Salsa
    5 Cups Romaine Lettuce, Roughly Chopped
    1 Roma Tomato, diced
    1 Shallot, diced
    1 Medium Carrot, shredded
    1 Jalapeno Pepper, diced
    1/2 an Avocado, diced
    1 1/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
    5 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt

Directions

In a large skillet, brown ground turkey and shallot until turkey is no longer pink. Drain, then add in beans, taco seasoning, and salsa. Let simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld together. Divide lettuce into five plates, then top with ground turkey. Divide the various toppings to each plate.
