Ingredients

    12 eggs
    3 1/2 c sugar
    1 tsp salt
    1 3/4 c vegetable oil (or 1/2 c butter)
    2-3 tsp flavoring (vanilla extract, anise extract, etc)
    7 c flour


Directions

Blend ingredients in order and mix to a soft dough
Form teaspoon sized balls and bake in pizzelle iron for 20-30 seconds.
I use a 3 cookie iron which produces about 21 dozen small cookies. If you are using a 2 cookie pizzelle iron, you should get about 12 dozen 3 1/2 in cookies.

Serving Size: Makes approx 21 dozen 2.5 in cookies
