Ingredients

Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, small (about 4-1/2" dia) cut into 6 wedgesw
Canned Tomato, Crushed, 28oz,
water 28 oz
Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving), 6 serving
Apple Cider Vinager, 9 tsp
Garlic (1 clove), 3 serving finely chopped
splenda to your taste
Tips
This can be a side dish, a lunch or used as a "gotta eat something snack"! Freezes very well. I used containers I buy from the store deli. They only cost about a dime each
Directions
Wash and clean cabbage, remove tough outside leaves. Cut into 6 equal wedges.
Make your sauce in a roasting pan that has a lid.
combin tomato, chopped onion, garlic, vinager,water, season with salt and pepper. stir to mix. Add cabbage and make sure to spoon sauce over all. Cover with lid and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Turn wedges after 1 hour and spoon sauce over all wedges again.
Serving Size: 1-wedge cabbage and 3/4 cup of cooked sauce
