Ingredients

    Egg - Eggbeaters, .50 cup (remove)
    Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 1 cup (remove)
    *Veggie - Bean - Green, fresh (1C), 1 serving (remove)
    cooking spray
    parmesan cheese to taste

Tips

You can add more eggbeaters or egg whites just add calories


Directions

Slice onion thin, heat green beans and drain well. Brown these ingredients until caramelized. Mix in eggbeaters stir or cook flat till lightly brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve
