Introduction

Ingredients

    8oz cream cheese (fat free)
    1 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1.5 tbsp salsa
    3/4 tsp cumin
    1.5 tbsp chopped onion
    stem of 1 pepper (optional)

Directions

Mix ingreedients together
Place in plastic wrap to form a ball
refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
for presentation: place ball on plate and top with pepper stem to look like a pumpkin

Serving Size: makes 16 servings
